We appreciate that buying online can have it's challenges especially with clothing and footwear so naturally you can return or exchange your item within 30 days from date of purchase.
All we ask is that any purchase must be returned in its original packaging with any original documentation and it must be unused and undamaged and in a resalable condition with no sellotape mark on the item box. Pop a note in with your returned item stating whether you want a refund or exchange and of course don't forget your name, address and phone number so we can match up your refund/exchange without delay.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection and peace of mind we recommend that you send the item back to us using Royal Mail recorded delivery or a similar postal tracking service (such as Hermes now know as EVRI or Parcel2Go).
Once received safely back at BFR Equestrian & Country you will be refunded within 3 - 5 business days the purchase price of the item (often sooner if all paperwork enclosed) but regrettably we cannot refund the postage and packaging unless off course your item is faulty or damaged when you received it.
If you were unfortunate to receive a damaged or faulty item from us then of course we will refund the full cost of return postage and refund your delivery charge too (we may even organise a courier to collect if it is a larger item or send a pre-paid label).
At BFR Equestrian & Country we strive to have great customer service and often the best way to deal with damaged or faulty goods is to email us immediately so we can deal with the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible.
